Holding on
Are there things in your life that you are holding on to yet you know that those things are not good for you? For example, that toxic emotional abusive relationship, the smoke and the alcohol? It is time to let it go.
Someone said that the chains of addiction is too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken. Whatever it is that is not working out for you pay attention to it and decide on what to do.
Some personal items like cloths, shoes, tools etc that you are not using again please give them out to people that need them. Holding on to things that are not functional tend to keep you busy but without progress.
Remember, to travel fast you must travel light. Keep moving holding on to things that matters.
